Position : In-House Content Creator - North Kaneshie

We are looking for an In-House Content Creator.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Film and edit product demonstration videos and promotional content.
  • Identify and leverage trending sounds, challenges, and formats to increase visibility.
  • Present products confidently on camera, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing team to align content with campaign goals.
  • Monitor video performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
  • Develop weekly or monthly short-form content plans aligned with campaign objectives and product launches.
  • Optimize videos for platform performance, including captions, hooks, hashtags, and call-to-actions to drive conversions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience specifically creating short-form video content (TikTok and Instagram Reels).
  • Demonstrated ability to create videos that generate strong engagement.
  • Strong on-camera presence; confident, expressive, and comfortable presenting products.
  • Proficiency in mobile and professional video editing tools.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, hooks, and audience retention strategies.
  • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas quickly and execute them efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet weekly content deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; ability to speak Twi and/or Ga is an added advantage.
