Position : Human Resources Manager - Sagamu

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Overseeing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. 

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 

Training and Development:

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and managing career development opportunities. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Managing payroll, designing and administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws related to wages and benefits. 

Compliance:

  • Ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, safety, and discrimination. 

HR Policy:

  • Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. 

Performance Management:

  • Overseeing the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations. 

Budgeting:

  • Developing and managing the HR department's budget. 

Team Management:

  • Leading and managing HR staff, including other HR specialists and support staff. 

Data Analysis:

  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations. 

Required profile for job ad : Human Resources Manager - Sagamu

  • Strong organizational skills: Essential for managing records, schedules, and multiple tasks. 
  • Excellent communication skills: For interacting with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office: For managing databases, creating reports, and using HRIS systems. 
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies: To ensure compliance and provide accurate information. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: To effectively manage workload and support the HR team. 
  • Experience in HR administration or a related field: Preferred, demonstrating experience in record-keeping, recruitment, and employee relations.

  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues and problems. 

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to lead and manage HR staff, motivate employees, and foster a positive work environment. 

Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations:

  • Understanding of employment law, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
