Position : Human Resources Manager - Sagamu
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Overseeing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Training and Development:
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and managing career development opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Managing payroll, designing and administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws related to wages and benefits.
Compliance:
- Ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, safety, and discrimination.
HR Policy:
- Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Performance Management:
- Overseeing the performance management process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
Budgeting:
- Developing and managing the HR department's budget.
Team Management:
- Leading and managing HR staff, including other HR specialists and support staff.
Data Analysis:
- Analyzing HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Strong organizational skills: Essential for managing records, schedules, and multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills: For interacting with employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office: For managing databases, creating reports, and using HRIS systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: To effectively manage workload and support the HR team.
- Experience in HR administration or a related field: Preferred, demonstrating experience in record-keeping, recruitment, and employee relations.

Knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations:
- Understanding of employment law, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
