Position : Human Resources Manager - Accra

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and drive people-centered strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
  • Implement and monitor compensation, benefits, and reward programs
  • Drive organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Advise management on HR-related policies, workforce planning, and legal compliance
  • Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
