Position : Human Resources Manager - Accra
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and drive people-centered strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
- Implement and monitor compensation, benefits, and reward programs
- Drive organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Advise management on HR-related policies, workforce planning, and legal compliance
- Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives
Required profile for job ad : Human Resources Manager - Accra
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
