Position : Human Resource Manager - Kwekwe

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resource Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions within our organization. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and staff development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.
  • Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in HR management or a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead HR initiatives.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
