We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Executive professional who is adept at managing both office-based and field-related HR tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting workforce research, analyzing employee data, and developing HR models to predict workforce trends and organizational needs. Additionally, they will play a key role in policy development, employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
HR professionals integrate data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of workplace dynamics. They take a holistic approach to human resources by aligning people management with organizational goals, workplace culture, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for strong HR professionals with good experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good experience in major Job portals.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
