Position : Hotel Housekeeper - Tse-Addo, East Labadi

Chtateau NaNa Willine is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas. The role involves changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all housekeeping tasks are completed in line with hotel standards. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, able to work independently and as part of a team, and committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas in line with hotel standards
  • Change bed linens, replace towels and guest amenities, and ensure rooms are properly prepared
  • Ensure all housekeeping tasks are carried out according to established procedures and checklists
  • Report maintenance faults, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor
  • Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping stores and assigned equipment
  • Provide courteous, professional, and discreet service to guests
  • Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ proven working experience in hotel housekeeping
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping practices, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning duties efficiently
  • Basic communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
