Position : Hardware Product Development Lead - Irene

We are looking for a Hardware Product Development Lead.
Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development, design, and refinement of our advanced vehicle camera systems, including fatigue monitoring cameras and driver behaviour cameras.
  • Evaluate and measure the performance of current devices in use, and compare against market standards and competitors to inform future product development and innovation.
  • Lead our Machine Learning team to develop proprietary camera technology that leverages internal Machine Vision initiatives, and ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients who may have challenging requirements or feedback. This includes providing clear, technical explanations for product functionality, design decisions, and problem-solving processes.
  • Move the needle on identifying, evaluating new products, alternative products and new configurations which will impact the growth and sustainability of our hardware solutions.

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science is required; advanced degree is a plus.
    • Experience as divisional lead in hardware product development with an outstanding track record in a corporate environment.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating cross-functional teams withing hardware, software and the interface of both
    • In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, methodologies in hardware design, camera technology, and their practical applications.
    • Strong ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including challenging customers.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product developments.
    • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and solutions, particularly as they apply to pattern recognition in images and videos.
    • Strong understanding of IT trends and advancements in technology.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
    • Attention to detail, analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others in a positive and effective manner.
    • Ambitious and hungry to drive growth in our business
