Position : Guest Relations Camp Manager - Divundu Rural, Kavango East

Ngepi Camp is looking for a warm, organised people-person to lead our Front of House and guest experience. You’ll be the smiling first impression, the calm problem-solver, and the admin star who keeps our camp running smoothly.
What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs & assist reservations (phone/email/OTAs)
  • Coordinate daily operations with housekeeping, front of house and restaurant/bar staff
  • Handle guest queries, upsell activities, resolve issues with care
  • Cash-ups, invoices, supplier orders & basic stock control
  • Train, roster and support FOH team; maintain standards and SOPs

You’ll bring

  • 2+ years in hospitality reception/guest relations (camp/lodge a plus)
  • Strong admin skills (Excel/Google, POS/booking systems)
  • Excellent English; Afrikaans/other local languages an advantage
  • Cool head under pressure, hands-on attitude, love for wild places
  • Valid driver’s licence; able to live on-site in a remote setting
