Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Gérant du Magasin.
Job Description

  • Implement the construction of the shop in time, including but not limited to location selection, design, decoration, opening, etc., managing the whole process; Coordinate communication and collaboration between the various internal agencies to ensure the project is completed on time and in high quality.
  • Store Management: Be responsible for formulating and executing store operating strategies, including staffing, merchandise management, customer service, etc., to ensure operational efficiency and quality of service; execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to improve the store's brand image and business performance; monitor and analyze operating data, adjust operating strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating objectives.
  • Team Management and Training: Be responsible for managing and training the store operations team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality of the team and the level of service.
  • Market research and analysis: Conduct market research regularly, analyze competitors and market trends to provide data and decision-making basis for the construction and operation of the shop; Collect and analyze customer feedback, make suggestions for improvement to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Have a strong drive in the retail field, a strong learning ability, a good collaborative spirit and a sense of responsibility.
  • Preference given to candidates with retail experience in the field, and candidates familiar with Xiaomi's new retail.
  • Experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is an added advantage.
