Position : General Assistant - PTV - Carletonville

We are looking for a General Assistant - PTV.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operates various equipment needed in the construction process for operations, maintenance, and expansion. Builds forms, installs rebar & pour concrete, steel fabrication & maintenance required.
  • Installs pipe of all sizes in all areas of the mine.
  • Plans and organize and performs shotcrete applications & grouting.
  • Plans, organize steel & wood fabrication for various projects. Includes welding & cutting.
  • Jackleg & sinking hammer experience for site excavation, modification & set up.
  • Prioritize, understand and follow written /verbal instructions.
  • Able to work without direct supervision.

  • Less than 2 years of experience

  • Competent B.
