Position : Front End Loader Operators - Mining - Secunda

Our client in the Construction industry is currently looking for a FEL Operator, in Secunda, Mpumalanga. They are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Front-End Loader Operator to join our team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of a front-end loader in support of daily site activities, including loading, moving, and distributing materials as required.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently in a variety of worksite conditions.
  • Load materials into trucks, hoppers, or containers as required.
  • Inspect and maintain the loader, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in site clean-up and general labor duties when required.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Keep daily logs and records of equipment usage and material movement.

Requirements:

  • Valid Front-End Loader Operator certification.
  • Proven experience operating a front-end loader.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and worksite safety protocols.
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Punctual and reliable.
