Food & Beverage Supervisor - Ijebu Ife, Shagamu

BINTOO Hotel Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services. The F&B Supervisor will lead a team of staff to ensure that guests receive outstanding service, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff, ensuring efficient service and smooth operations.
• Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring they meet BINTOO Hotel’s high standards.
• Train, motivate, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and other food & beverage staff.
• Ensure that all staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the development of menus, and suggest improvements for cost control, food quality, and service efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring the proper levels of stock are maintained, and placing orders as necessary.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that service areas are fully stocked and prepared for daily service, including setting up and breaking down of service stations.
• Assist in maintaining operational budgets by controlling costs and improving profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
• Handle scheduling and shift planning to ensure appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
