seeking a skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to join a team specializing in recruitment within the mining sector.The role requires someone with the ability and willingness to engage directly with clients and provide valuable financial insights.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial transactions.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial and operational goals.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and tax authorities.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations, including the OHADA Uniform Act.
• Lead financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in client meetings to clarify financial aspects and resolve queries.
• Implement tax planning strategies and ensure accurate tax submissions.
