Position : Finance & Admin Manager - Sossusvlei, Lodge

Sossusvlei Lodge is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual for the Finance and Admin position o join their Management Team
We are seeking a motivated Individual for the Finance and Admin position carefully selected based on previous experience and strengths.
Missions:
As Member of our Management Team, you will oversee the daily administration and financial operations of ou Room Lodge, Self-Catering Camps and Campsite. You will ensure that all financial, administrative and operational goals are met.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong Financial Management background and Computer Skills
    • Excellent Customer Service and Front Office Skills
    • Innkeeper (Cismo) experience will be a major advantage.
    • Extensive financial administration background - Cash Ups, Banking, Month End Recons and Statistics, Invoicing, Reconciliation
    • All Staff related HR – Salaries, Pension, Social Security, Leave, New Appointments
    • Be able to liaise between Front Office, Head Office, and Customers
    • Be able to manage customer requests, complaints and demands.
    • Very good law interpretation skills

    Applicants must fall within the following criteria:

    • Ages between 30 and 45
    • No dependants
    • Own Transport and valid driver’s licence
    • Solid track record
    • Namibian Citizens
    • Must have 5 years’ experience in Financial and Managerial Positions at 3-4 * Lodges.
    • Trustworthy
    • Month end reports to CEO
    • Be able to work irregular hours.
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Be able to work as an Individual as well as in a Team.
    • Interpersonal Skills.
