Position : Facilities and Operations Manager - La, Accra

We are looking for Facilities and Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operational Management: Ensure smooth daily operations of all park facilities, including rides, attractions, and utilities.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to keep all equipment and infrastructure in top condition.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Budget Management: Control operational and maintenance budgets, optimizing resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that the park is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies and unexpected operational challenges efficiently and effectively.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices throughout the park.

Required profile for job ad : Facilities and Operations Manager - La, Accra

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in facilities management or operations, preferably in a hospitality, or large-scale entertainment venue.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Safety Focus: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facilities management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons as required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred & must be an adept user of Microsoft suite.
