Position : External Sales Representative - Windhoek

We are looking for an External Sales Representative (with external B2B sales experience).
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase the company's revenue and market share.
This individual will be an energetic, proactive, and results-driven sales professional who excels at cold calling, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position the company's products/services as the solution.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Close deals to achieve sales objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed Matric
  • Strong background in B2B sales with a proven track record of success in a sales hunter role
  • Established network of corporate clients
  • Strong cold calling and pipeline growth background with actual figures to compare
  • Strong closing ratio’s
  • Valid drivers’ licence + own reliable vehicle
