We are currently seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to join our in-house team. Unlike other outsourcing roles, this position is not client-facing—you will be working directly for Wyatt Connect, supporting our leadership team with administrative tasks, scheduling, communication management, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant at Wyatt Connect, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to our leadership team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments for executives.
  • Coordinating virtual meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails and internal communications.
  • Assisting with document preparation, report generation, and database management.
  • Conducting basic research and compiling data as needed.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts, including screening candidates and assisting with onboarding.
  • Helping with HR-related administrative tasks, such as personnel coordination and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining and organizing digital files and company records.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments within the company.

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a dedicated professional with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience (executive assistant experience preferred, but not required).
  • Education: A formal degree is preferred but not required.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Experience working with CRM tools and project management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.

Technical Requirements
Since this is a remote role, the contractor must have access to the following:

  • A Windows or Mac computer with at least 4GB of RAM (Chromebooks are not allowed).
  • A stable high-speed internet connection for virtual meetings and daily tasks.
  • A quiet, professional work environment to ensure focus and productivity.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • This role offers flexible working arrangements:

    • Part-Time: 20 hours per week
    • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), with flexibility based on company needs.
  • Competitive contractor-based compensation with a monthly base pay.
  • Opportunity for performance-based commissions for those involved in securing new clients or assisting in company growth.
  • 7 days of paid leave per year for all active contractors, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
