Position : Executive Assistant - Lagos
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant , preferrable Male to support senior executives in achieving their strategic objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, handle critical administrative tasks, and contribute to the organization’s success.
The position is based in Lagos, with occasional travel sponspored by the company
Key Responsibilities

Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Organize and prioritize the executive’s calendar for maximum efficiency.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments, ensuring alignment with high-priority tasks.

Travel Coordination:
- Arrange flights, hotels, and transportation for business travel.
- Prepare detailed itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Meeting Preparation:
- Draft agendas, prepare materials, and take minutes during meetings.
- Follow up on action items to drive progress on key initiatives.

Communication Management:
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely responses to critical communications.

Document and File Management:
- Maintain an organized filing system for reports, contracts, and presentations.
- Ensure easy access to essential documents.

Expense and Budget Tracking:
- Monitor expenses and prepare detailed reports.
- Support budget management for executive-led projects.

Project and Task Coordination:
- Track deadlines and milestones for projects.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely task completion.

Event Planning:
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage invitations, venues, and catering.

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
