We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist.
As an ERP Application Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, you support our IT team in operating, maintaining, and continuously developing our ERP system.
The role goes beyond pure programming: the key focus lies on understanding business processes and analyzing requirements in close cooperation with the business departments.
Your Responsibilities
ERP Support & Application Management

  • Handling and analyzing requests, support cases, and change requests within the Microsoft D365 F&SCM environment
  • Supporting business departments in the use and optimization of ERP processes
  • Error analysis and coordination of appropriate solutions

Process & Requirements Analysis

  • Understanding and documenting end-to-end process chains (e.g. order management, procurement, finance, production, warehouse management, etc.)
  • Translating business requirements into technical solution concepts
  • Active participation in the continuous development of the ERP landscape

Customization & Development

  • Parameterization and configuration of D365 F&SCM
  • Implementation of customizations using X++

Creation and development of Power BI reports and dashboards

Professional Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or degree in computer science, or a comparable technical qualification with ERP focus
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Initial experience with ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment
  • X++ knowledge is not mandatory – willingness to learn is key

Personal Skills

  • Analytical mindset and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills when working with business departments
  • High motivation and willingness to continuously develop professionally

Languages

  • English: very good (written and spoken)
  • German language skills are a plus
