Position : Environmental Intern - Dar Es Salaam

We are looking for an Environmental Intern.
Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to gain exposure and work experience in the field of Environmental and Social Sciences.

Required profile for job ad : Environmental Intern - Dar Es Salaam

 

  •  Knowledge of the Tanzanian environmental legislation.
  •  Knowledge of the Environmental and Resettlement/Land Acquisition Regulatory  Processes applicable to Tanzania.
  •  Interpersonal skills (build rapport etc.).
  •  Excellent verbal communication.
  •  Customer focused.
  •  Presentation skills.
  •  Computer literate.
  •  Excellent organisational skills.
  •  Very strong report writing skills.

Qualifications: 

  • Post graduate degree in Environmental Management/Science or Social Science.

Work experience:

  • At least 12 months relevant working experience would be advantageous.
