Position : Electrical Technician - Khartoum,Kassala,El Fasher,Port-Soudan

We immediately need a highly-skilled Electrical Technician to service our mechanical operations throughout our facility. Ideal candidates should be able to respond to requests for electrical repairs and breakdowns, perform routine maintenance and upgrade equipment as necessary.Candidates must know how to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and make adjustments or repairs if they are not working correctly. We prefer applicants with at least two years of professional technician experience and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities :

  • Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality.
  • Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment.
  • Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
  • Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted5. Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
  • Log all services and report progress to management.
  • Utilize and store all equipment correctly.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate degree in electrical engineering technology are preferred.
  • Valid electrician license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience working as an electrical technician.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all necessary equipment.
  • Able to read blueprints and technical drawings6. Proficient with manual and power tools.
