We are looking for an E-Business Development Manager.
The E‑Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth, performance, and strategic expansion of the company’s online business initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the company’s e‑business and e‑commerce strategy.
- Manage digital sales platforms, online stores, and marketplace accounts.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital product offerings.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Explore and establish new digital business opportunities and partnerships.
- Expand online distribution channels and affiliate/partner networks.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform digital growth strategies.
- Lead projects aimed at scaling e‑commerce operations across different regions.
3. Revenue Growth & Performance
- Drive online sales targets and revenue growth initiatives.
- Implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Optimise pricing, promotions, and product positioning across digital channels.
- Prepare performance reports and analytics for senior management.
4. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Work with the marketing team to execute online advertising, social media campaigns, and content strategies.

Education & Professional Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- A Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or business development are an advantage.
Experience
- 5 + years of experience in e‑commerce, digital business management, or online sales.
- Demonstrable success in growing digital channels, managing online platforms, and driving revenue.
- Experience with e-commerce technologies, analytics tools, and online marketplace operations.
