Position : Dynamic Sales Executive - Kempton Park

Essential Functions:

  • Continually work the territory to seek out new business opportunities through face-to-face prospecting.
  • Secure orders from new and potential customers.
  • Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling.
  • Follow up on quotations submitted to customers and submit weekly feedback reports.
  • Establish and maintain professional customer/vendor relationships.
  • Perform all assigned duties within the designated sales territory.
  • Provide a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis.
  • Reliability is a must.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Valid and up-to-date passport and a clear criminal record.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle—ability to travel to clients and sites as needed, including cross-border and national travel.
  • Spartan resident (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Not Negotiable - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the stone, design, construction, or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of quartz, sintered and natural stone, granite, and marble.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate estimates, quotes, reports, forecasts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Cellphone and Fuel Allowance provided.
