Position : Dynamic Sales Executive - Kempton Park
Only candidates with prior experience in commission-based roles should apply.
Essential Functions:
- Continually work the territory to seek out new business opportunities through face-to-face prospecting.
- Secure orders from new and potential customers.
- Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling.
- Follow up on quotations submitted to customers and submit weekly feedback reports.
- Establish and maintain professional customer/vendor relationships.
- Perform all assigned duties within the designated sales territory.
- Provide a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis.
- Reliability is a must.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Valid and up-to-date passport and a clear criminal record.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle—ability to travel to clients and sites as needed, including cross-border and national travel.
- Spartan resident (preferred).

Qualifications:
- Experience: Not Negotiable - Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the stone, design, construction, or related industries.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of quartz, sintered and natural stone, granite, and marble.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate estimates, quotes, reports, forecasts, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cellphone and Fuel Allowance provided.
