Position : Duty Officer (M/F) - Monrovia

We are recruiting a Duty Officer (M/F) on behalf of our client, an airline company.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers at the station level;
  • Continuously monitor Handling operations at the station;
  • Handle customer complaints;
  • Provide immediate feedback in case of incidents;
  • Regularly update operational reports.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (handling activities);
  • Energetic, organized, strong interpersonal skills, attentive listener, problem-solving abilities.
