Position : Driver code 10 - Pretoria Gauteng

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Code 10 Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods or passengers, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Code 10 licensed vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Transport goods or passengers to assigned destinations.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain required signatures or paperwork.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues promptly.
  • Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., oil, water, tyres).
  • Report any mechanical problems or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

  • Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
  • Clean driving record and excellent knowledge of road safety regulations.
