Position : Digital Sales Manager - Ghana
The Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies to acquire new customers, retain existing clients, and maximize revenue through online channels. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and data-driven decision-making to optimize conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
Required profile for job ad : Digital Sales Manager - Ghana
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth across online platforms (website, social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and outreach via digital channels.
- Manage and optimize sales funnels, ensuring high conversion rates from lead capture to closing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with B2B and/or B2C clients through virtual meetings, demos, and consultative selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital sales tools (CRM, automation, chatbots, etc.).
- Train and mentor sales teams on digital selling techniques and best practices.
