Position : Digital Marketing Intern - Dar Es Salaam

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for use across social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Act as an on-camera representative for our projects, effectively delivering key messages to our audience.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by planning and executing creative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to explore new content ideas and formats that drive engagement.

Required profile for job ad : Digital Marketing Intern - Dar Es Salaam

  • Must have a strong knowledge of graphic design, SEO including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canvaetc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and video production.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking in front of a camera.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new content formats and digital strategies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overall understanding of the HR industry in Tanzania. East Africa would be an added advantage.
