We are looking for a Debt collection Agent - Call Center.

  • Negotiate repayment plans and follow up consistently.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while ensuring compliance.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, agreements, and customer commitments.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one local language such as Luganda, Runyankole, Luo, Lugisu, Lusoga, or Rukiga.
