Position : Cyber Cafe Attendant - Kitengela

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internet Services Management: Assist customers in accessing and utilizing various online services on both government and private platforms. This includes helping with applications, online forms, and navigating websites efficiently.
  • Type Setting, Photocopy, and Printing Services: Provide professional typesetting, photocopying, and printing services to customers. Ensure all documents are handled with care and confidentiality.
  • Customer Support: Offer guidance and support to customers who need help using the internet, computer applications, or other digital services. Be patient and clear in explaining processes to individuals with varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Cyber Cafe Operations: Manage the daily operations of the cyber cafe, including maintaining equipment, ensuring internet connectivity, and handling customer inquiries. Ensure the cyber cafe is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Adobe Photoshop Services: Utilize Adobe Photoshop to provide basic photo editing services as needed. Experience with this software is an added advantage.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with marketing efforts, managing inventory, or any other duties that may arise as part of running the cyber cafe.

Qualifications:
