Position : Customer Support Agent - Blantyre
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent in our Contact Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Malawi. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in resolving enquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanour.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Effectively navigate and utilise the company's customer support systems and databases.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Reports to the Customer Service Team Leader

Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluent in both English, Chichewa & Nyanja (written and spoken).
- Some experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and tools is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chichewa and/or Nyanja.
