We are looking for a high-performing Customer Success Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities :
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the client and understanding their needs.
• Proven ability to convert the given lead
• To identify potential business opportunities Identify the decision makers and pitch our services to the companies Globally
• To have regular follow up with potential prospects and convert them as customer

Required profile for job ad : Customer Success Manager - India

• Successful previous experience (b2b /B2C /it training )as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent (by all parameters) in Communications (verbal, written).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
• Should definitely be a ""People's Person"", i.e. Should love to interact with people and forge fruitful network.- Should be able to identify right stakeholders to connect wherever business opportunity exists.- Should be willing to learn, and must be a good listener.
• Should be able to Manage/Mentor/Advice business team in sales when needed, and ask for help if necessary
