Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gain feedback for service improvement.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
