Position : Customer Service Representative - Gaborone

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 
You’ll be expected to handle calls professionally, log interactions accurately, and work as part of a team to meet service targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and assisting customers with their queries.
  • Providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Handling complaints and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Capturing customer information and call outcomes on internal systems.
  • Meeting performance targets, including call quality and turnaround time.
