We are looking for a Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Team Management: Hiring, training, and managing a team of customer service representatives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to improve them.
- Problem Resolution: Resolving complex customer issues and complaints.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Performance Management: Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
- Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities to the team.
