We are looking for a Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities :

  • Team Management: Hiring, training, and managing a team of customer service representatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to improve them.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolving complex customer issues and complaints.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Performance Management: Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities to the team.
