Position : Customer Satisfaction Analyst - Remote
We are looking for a Customer Satisfaction Analyst for Samsung Deutschland.
Responsibilities:
- Optimization and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys in the Customer Service area
- Initiation and management of ad-hoc surveys
- Conducting benchmarking
- Conducting and evaluating time and motion studies in coordination with partners
- Creating regular reports for customer satisfaction studies, highlighting changes, challenges, and optimization potential
- Creating meaningful reports on all customer service quality KPIs in close cooperation with external service providers
- Reviewing and approving invoices from research agencies and service partners, including cost controlling and cost development documentation
- Participating in the Quality Circle (project management) with the goal of continuous quality improvement

- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Tableau or other analytics platforms
- SQL programming skills are a plus
