Position : Customer Relationship Manager - Khartoum,Kassala,El Fasher,Port-Soudan

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. 
Responsibilities :

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
  • Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Know your competition and strategise accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs.

  • A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field,
  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
