Position : Customer Relations Manager - Mombasa
We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager.
The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role involves managing the customer service team, handling escalated issues, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Handle escalated customer concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align customer experience goals with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain customer records and communication history within CRM systems.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management on customer relations performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and data protection regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer relations, account management, or client service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership ability and a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to improving customer satisfaction.
