Position : Customer Relations Manager - Accra
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee service delivery, manage client relationships, address escalated concerns, and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the customer service team to ensure high-quality support.
- Develop and implement customer care strategies, policies, and service standards.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze trends to recommend improvements.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare customer service performance reports and track key metrics.
- Train staff on customer service best practices and communication skills.
- Support business growth by maintaining high satisfaction and loyalty levels.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in customer service or client relations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts, manage pressure, and deliver results.
- Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools, and customer support platforms.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
