Position : Customer Relations and Logistics Coordinator - East Legon - Accra

We are looking for a Customer Relations and Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
Customer Communication & Order Management

  • Answer all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages promptly to provide quick assistance.
  • Speak directly with customers to understand their orders and special requests.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Record all orders in our Excel sheet for the production team, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and organize all deliveries efficiently based on locations across Accra.
  • Assign deliveries to the right riders to minimize travel time and costs.
  • Track deliveries and ensure customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
  • Have strong knowledge of Accra’s neighborhoods and delivery routes to optimize logistics.

Customer Satisfaction & Issue Resolution

  • Handle customer complaints and negative feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a calm and positive attitude when dealing with customer concerns to retain loyalty.
  • Work towards ensuring that no customer is ever lost by building long-term relationships.
  • Provide follow-ups with customers when needed to ensure their experience was smooth and satisfactory.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background with experience in handling direct customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Experience in logistics, order management, or delivery coordination is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple orders and deliveries at once.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and delivery partners.
