Position : Country Manager - Technology

We are looking for a Country Manager.
Responsibilities :

  • Develop Business Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives in the country.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, including personnel and budget.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the country budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

Required profile for job ad : Country Manager - Technology

  • Experience in IT service management, business development, and team leadership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of website and app development, software development, and AI
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Understanding of the IT industry in Rwanda
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
