We are looking for a Counsellor Mental Health Service.
Counsellor Mental Health Service is a member of NAVANGA Healthcare central team, responsible for providing psychological support to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. This role involves working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive mental health care delivery tailored to person's needs that aligns with regulatory standards, company vision, mission and core values.

Required profile for job ad : Counsellor Mental Health Service - Dar Es Salaam

  • Diploma or bachelor degree in psychology or any related field.
  • 2+ years experience in psychological counselling in clinical settings.
  • Experience with CBT, DBT, or other therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques,
  • Excellent communications,interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups.
