Position : Corporate Mathematics Tutor - Johannesburg

We are looking for a Corporate Mathematics Tutor.
Responsibilities:

  • Tutoring individual and small group weekly classes for adult learners on Zoom.
  • Facilitation of customised mathematics syllabus which covers arithmetic, algebra, data science, financial maths and geometry from grade 9 to 1st year university levels.
  • Content development on the customised syllabus.
  • Administrative duties including maintenance of registers, database records, reporting.
  • Participation in weekly focus groups.
  • Participation in weekly departmental mentoring with Senior Manager.

Required profile for job ad : Corporate Mathematics Tutor - Johannesburg

Qualifications required:

  • NSC with Mathematics
  • BA(Ed), BSc or BCom (including 1st year Mathematics)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in teaching/ tutoring Mathematics
  • Facilitator/ Assessor qualifications an advantage
