Responsibilities :

  • Write, edit, and release content via email newsletters & blogs
  • Build creative and professional content for taglines, marketing, etc.
  • Work on SEO related content
  • Write scripts for videos would be added advantage
  • Write a video brief  

Required profile for job ad : Content Writing - Bangalore

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Previous experience in writing, whether through internships, freelance work, or previous employment, is highly valuable.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing various types of writing (articles, blogs, web content, etc.) demonstrates writing ability and style.
  • Understanding search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices is important for creating content that ranks well in search engines.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and depth, especially for technical or specialized topics.
  • Capability to write in different tones and styles, tailored to various audiences and platforms (e.g., blogs, social media, marketing materials).
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure content is error-free and polished.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML can be beneficial for online publishing.
