Job Summary
You will deliver high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content, develop, execute, and manage content strategies, including social media plans and campaign materials. You will also act as a key contributor in implementing creative concepts across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Content Creation and Strategy:

  • Assist in creating clear, concise, and impactful copy for ads, scripts, social posts, and websites.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align content with client strategies and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative content ideas and campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and maintain content calendars, incorporating diverse formats and brand-relevant posts.
  • Monitor community engagement, providing timely responses to comments and inquiries.
  • Use insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.

Client and Agency Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure content meets expectations and timelines.
  • Support client meetings with updates, drafts, and creative input.

Research and Innovation:

  • Research emerging trends and tools to improve content quality and relevance.
  • Experiment with formats and platforms to increase brand visibility.

Team Support and Development:

  • Mentor interns and trainees, providing constructive feedback on their work.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions.

Required profile for job ad : Content Executive - Lagos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
  • Expertise through certifications in copywriting, SEO, content marketing, or digital storytelling.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, including SEO and social media management.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
