Role Description
Outrival HR Solutions & Consultancies Ltd is recruiting for the position of a Consultant on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading commercial printing and media services provider in Juba, South Sudan. The consultant will help develop comprehensive, practical, and user-friendly Operations Manuals covering all our client’s key functional areas, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, ICT, Production, Commercial & Retail, Customer Service, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance. These manuals will serve as a single source of truth for policies, procedures, approval authorities, and process workflows, ensuring standardized operations, accountability, risk management, and consistent service delivery across the printing press.
Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess existing operational practices, documents, and workflows across all departments.
  • Conduct focused interviews with key staff to understand current processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Map, simplify, and standardize operational processes for clarity and efficiency.
  • Draft clear, practical, and comprehensive Operations Manuals aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing approval matrices and process flow diagrams for all critical operational areas.
  • Create process flow diagrams to visualize key workflows across all functional areas.
  • Validate draft manuals with management, incorporate feedback, and produce final approved manuals in soft and print-ready formats.
  • Ensure all manuals provide practical tools that can be directly applied by management and staff for efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Operations Manuals, SOPs, or institutional policy frameworks.
  • Proven experience working with printing presses, manufacturing, or production-based environments.
  • Strong background in finance, procurement, operations, HR, and compliance systems.
  • Experience in governance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate complex operational processes into practical, easy-to-use documentation.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan, track, and deliver multiple outputs within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including conducting workshops and training staff on process adoption.
