Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging, practical and theory-based learning sessions.
  • Develop course content, lesson plans and assessment tools.
  • Mentor and guide learners in skill development and professional growth.
  • Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic standards.
  • Support talent development, projects, showcases and performances.
  • Uphold an inclusive, innovative and learner-centered training environment.

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies

  • A Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in the relevant field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
  • Proven professional experience, industry practice, or teaching experience in the discipline.
  • Strong communication, presentation and mentorship skills.
  • Commitment to creativity, excellence and ethical practice.
  • Ability to inspire learners and integrate practical, project-based learning.
