Position : Coaching Manager - Remote
We are looking for Coaching Manager.
Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, support, and performance evaluations for the coaching team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve coaching effectiveness and outcomes.
Program Development and Delivery
- Design, implement, and continuously refine coaching programs tailored to client needs.
- Ensure all coaching sessions are delivered professionally and align with the organization's standards and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of coaching programs and make improvements as needed.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assess client needs, set goals, and match them with appropriate coaches or resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns or inquiries.
Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align coaching strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, analytics, and feedback to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in coaching.
Operational Management
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of coaching operations.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and ethical coaching standards.
