Position : Coaching Manager - Remote

We are looking for Coaching Manager.
Responsibilities :
Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of coaches to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, support, and performance evaluations for the coaching team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve coaching effectiveness and outcomes.

Program Development and Delivery

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine coaching programs tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure all coaching sessions are delivered professionally and align with the organization's standards and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of coaching programs and make improvements as needed.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assess client needs, set goals, and match them with appropriate coaches or resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client concerns or inquiries.

Strategic Planning and Reporting

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align coaching strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, analytics, and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in coaching.

Operational Management

  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of coaching operations.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and ethical coaching standards.
