Position : Clean Cooking Project Assistant - Dar Es Salaam,Trips To Rural Areas

We are looking for a Clean Cooking Project Assistant.
The Project Assistant will be responsible supporting the operation of the company in the country through financial reporting, training to partners organizations, digital data management, field activities implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial accounting of office cash flow through digital software & financial reporting
  • Management of digital data software for cookstoves beneficiaries’ data tracking
  • Organize the logistics of the orders transport to project sites according to projects timeframe
  • Perform activities on the project sites such as training of local partners for distribution, organization of cookstoves distribution processes, registration and monitoring of end-users
  • Prepare reports
  • Perform any other task requested by the Project Manager.

  • Knowledge and experience in financial management and administration
  • Knowledge and experience in Quick Book use
  • Knowledge and experience in data collection and digital data management
  • Experience in designing and implementing training
  • Experience in field data collection
  • Knowledge/ work experience in project management
  • Ability/availability to work on the ground in remote rural areas for periods
  • Knowledge/work experience in carbon projects sector is an asset

Location:
The project assistant will be mainly based in Dar Es Salaam, with possible trips to project sites in rural areas.
