Position : Civil Engineer - Mtwara

We are looking for a Civil Engineer.
Missions:

  • Develop plans, feasibility studies, and design specs for terminal projects
  • Use engineering software for detailed designs
  • Ensure compliance with codes and standards
  • Manage all phases of construction projects
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers
  • Communicate progress and prepare reports
  • Implement quality control for safety and standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Review completed work for compliance.

Required profile for job ad : Civil Engineer - Mtwara

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licence required
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on passenger terminal or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry best practices
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
