Seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive strategic IT initiatives and enhance business operations through technology in the insurance industry.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a visionary leader with strong technical acumen and strategic alignment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
IT Strategy and Governance:

• Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Ensure that technology initiatives support and enhance the company’s business strategy.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Information Security and Compliance:

• Oversee cybersecurity measures, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Digital Transformation and Innovation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience.
• Identify and deploy emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans.
• Implement strategies to minimize downtime and mitigate data loss.

User Support and Training:

• Ensure end-users receive adequate support and training on IT systems.
• Continuously address feedback to enhance the user experience.
